Data we process

We process your email address, password hash, email-verification status, Machine ID, payment identifiers, payment status and license key to provide your account and fulfill your purchase. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal. We receive transaction identifiers, amount, currency and payment status, but not your full card or bank details. PayPal processes data under its own privacy policy.

Email and server logs

We use your email for account verification, password recovery, purchase confirmation and essential support. The hosting provider may temporarily store IP address, timestamp, requested URL and browser information in security logs.

Download statistics

When a download starts, we record its date and time (UTC), file name and format, IP address and the browser's user-agent string for internal download statistics. These records are not displayed publicly. Repeated downloads are recorded separately. This does not confirm that a download completed.

Retention and rights

Account, license and transaction records are retained while needed to provide the lifetime license and meet legal obligations. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Cookies

The site uses only a necessary session cookie for sign-in, security and preserving the Machine ID during checkout. It is not used for advertising.
